Props such as belts. blocks and blankets help you deepen a pose while emphasizing precision. Poses are sometimes held for a minute or more to work on skeletal and muscular alignment.
Take home move:
Triangle pose. Extend arms out to sides, palms facing down. Take a wide stride so Your feet are under your fingertips. Turn right foot out 90 degrees, and turn left foot toward the right 45 degrees. Reach out to the right. and lower your hand to your ankle (or use a block). Keep left arm pointed up to the ceiling, chest open and legs straight (don’t lock knees). Hold for 30 seconds.
